Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to orders, manufacturing services, customized products, and export arrangements provided by Three Threads International. By proceeding with an order, the client agrees to the applicable terms outlined below.
Product Specifications
All jackets are manufactured according to the specifications confirmed by the client. This may include design, fabric, color, measurements, sizing, labels, logos, accessories, packaging, and finishing requirements.
Pricing & Quotations
Prices are based on the agreed product specifications, materials, order quantity, customization, and other applicable requirements. Quotations may be revised if the client changes the product specifications or order quantity.
Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed once the product details, pricing, quantity, specifications, and payment arrangements have been mutually agreed upon. Production will proceed according to the confirmed order information.
Sample Approval
Where a sample is requested, production specifications may be finalized based on the approved sample. Clients are responsible for reviewing important details before giving final approval for bulk production.
Production & Lead Time
Production timelines depend on the product specifications, order quantity, material availability, sampling requirements, and other project details. Estimated lead times are communicated during the order process and may change due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Quality Inspection
We maintain quality checks throughout the manufacturing process. Products are inspected for relevant aspects such as stitching, measurements, materials, finishing, and overall workmanship before shipment.
Changes & Cancellations
Any request to change or cancel an order after production has started must be discussed with our team. Additional costs may apply where materials have already been purchased or manufacturing work has been completed.
Payment Terms
Payment terms, deposit requirements, and remaining balances are agreed upon before production begins. Orders will be processed according to the mutually confirmed payment arrangement.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery arrangements are based on the terms agreed with the client. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, customs procedures, and other factors outside our direct control.
Intellectual Property
Client-owned designs, logos, trademarks, and branding materials remain the property of their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of client-provided intellectual property used for an approved manufacturing order.
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Three Threads International, the client confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the applicable terms and conditions. Specific project agreements may include additional terms agreed upon by both parties.
